Classy Night Out

Classics are timeless. There is a reason they are called so: classical music, classical books, classical films, classical style. No matter what year or century it is, classical things stay relevant. And I’d like to think it is because they have nothing to prove. They have already established themselves as icons of good taste, class and style. It is interesting, therefore, that classics and minimalism seem to go hand in hand. And the philosophy of less is more is very close to my heart. I like simple, clean lines and natural colours. Quality over quantity. The colour palette I am most comfortable in consists of staple colours like black, white, beige, coffee and pastel tones.

This look reminds me of Audrey Hepburn and Coco Chanel – timeless icons of style, grace and elegance. You could see them in black or black and white combinations pretty often. Of course, I could not resist adding my own twist to the look. I have a thing for back detailing and this top is a perfect example of one. Criss crossed straps add a flirty and intriguing vibe, keeping it interesting. Finally, add some simple and classy accessories, throw on some heels and feel like Coco.
