Boho Chic
As you must’ve figured out by now I love simplicity and minimalism in clothing. That said it doesn’t mean that I like my outfits too plain and boring. I have fun playing with textures, lengths and materials.
Often I get inspired by one piece of clothing and then go from there. In the case of this outfit, this gorgeous scrunchy skirt was my inspiration. It makes it so much more special that this skirt used to belong to my mother when she was my age. This fact makes this skirt the only vintage item in my closet, but the one I dearly love and cherish. I’ve always found it so special when you can finally fit in your mother’s clothes…
The look I created with the skirt, the top and accessories has this effortless boho chic feel. And I like trying out different styles. The gold details pull the look together in a common bronzed, summery theme. Flash tattoo felt appropriate as well. I liked wearing the body chain overtop of the clothes. It looks quite unique that way.
