Eastern Printed Dress

Fall is the time of change. Change is in the crisp cold air, in the sun that’s still shining bright but is not as warm anymore, in our days – they get shorter, and in our outfits… naturally.

Fall is my favorite season for fashion. It’s not as cold yet, so you can still flaunt your clothes without burying them under a huge winter jacket! And I love how you can transition some summer pieces over to the new season.

This dress is perfect for season-to-season transition! It’s light  – works for layering and the color gets along great with the fall leaves.

As always (you know me) I can’t go without unique and playful details. Lace up in the front with tassels, ah!

Let’s not forget about the print – Eastern inspired, it just makes you think of hot chai lattes and fall spices.

As we go down the temperature scale, here are a few tips to warm up the outfit:

  • Put on black stockings or tights, throw on booties or over-the-knee boots, et voila, the bottom half of your body is nice and warm.
  • A warm wool or cashmere cardigan and a big bulky scarf will keep the top half of your body happy.
  • To top the outfit off – grab a hat, a beret or a beanie – whatever style you’re going for!

Last item of this outfit I wanted to mention are the shoes. Don’t be afraid to go open toes in the fall! These booties still cover the majority of your foot to keep you warm. With a dress or jeans – show off your fall pedi until it’s all boots time 😉
